Love you 3000 🎉

Hey Guys,

Prado here. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

4 Things I thought worth sharing with y’all

1. Love you X 3000

Last night I reached 3000 followers on Twitter.
I wanted to write this tweet for a very long time

Love you 3000 ❤️

If you’ll see the comments they are about people congratulating me but what they didn’t understand is that I’m here because of them.

The Twitter family is extremely strong

As a curious human, the people on Twitter help me fulfil my curiosity by sharing their perspectives, knowledge & just general fun stuff (Movies, Books, Music, etc)

Our slogan is: IN THIS TOGETHER 🙌

Most of us when we read “Love you 3000” we emphasize on the number 3000.
But the most important words are “Love You”. Why? because If I didn’t care about you, the quality education I’m trying to provide… it will be all for nothing.

Thank you 3000.

2. How did I do it?

Exactly 6 months ago on May 27th, I reached 200 followers

In the next 6 months, I hit 3000 followers

There are a few things I kept doing consistently:

  • Give (that’s the keyword) Give more than you take

  • Understand the audience (Ask questions, DM, get on a call)

  • When I don’t have something to write 👇

Do this when you don't have something to tweet: - Post a picture (Books, Workspace, Art) - Retweet old tweets & threads - Post memes - Adding a tweet to an old tweet and making it a thread - Comment and engage with other tweets Add more 👇

  • Engage (Reply to every comment, DM, Quote tweet)

  • Write one-liners, mini-threads & threads as often as possible

  • Don’t use all the 280 characters (Max 250) compress as much as possible

  • Keep going :)

(P.S: There will be an extensive video on this topic soon with all pictures and stuff)

3) Few Interesting Things:

  • Idea adoption curve (Blog)

  • Future of Text (E-Book)

  • Sketchplanations (Archive)

  • Picture of the week:-
Top two richest men are fighting for space and not money :P

  • Question of the week: Tell me about something you love doing that you’re terrible at. And tell me about something you really do not like doing that you’re great at?

  • Quick hack of the week:-

  • Animals interfering in sports (Love the commentary haha)

  • Ready Player Two Book is out

4. “Anyone who comes for one of us, Remember. Every one of us is coming for you”

Mann! 3000 and rising. Like Austin Kleon says, "KEEP GOING".

To answer your question, personally speaking, I love speaking with people in general, but I'm poor at starting conversations. I really don't enjoy walking on black ice and snow-filled roads, but I feel like I'm good at it. Otherwise, I would have a slip and fall multiple times.

That'd actually be quite funny :P

In today's world, where almost everything is turning obsolete, you inspire me to stay relevant- Prado. Thank you.
