Hi πΒ PradoΒ here
3 Things I thought worth sharing with yβall
1. Happy World Book Day
On a day like this, I want to share 10 tricks that can help you read more. Iβll be writing down my top 5 and the other 5 are in the video below π
Top 5 tricks to read more:-
Child and a Chocolate trick.
Remember when we were in school, we used to get homework and mom used to tell us, finish the homework and then you can go outside and play, finish the homework and you can eat the chocolate. just like that, there are many ways you can reward yourself. Itβs a reward to finish a task.
This is not just to read more books but you can also use this trick in everything
hereβs an example of how I finished a thread with a mango
2. Keep your phone away
This is probably one of the most effective trick ever. Just keeping your phone aside improves your reading speed heavily.
Watch me throw my phone (Video)
Read multiple books
I read both fiction and non-fiction simultaneously
Fiction at night and non-fiction during the day. It helps me keep a good balance β€οΈ
Make a public commitment
Our brains are wired since childhood to never break a promise or commitment no matter what.
When you say out loud that you will do thisβ¦ even though no oneβs watching your brain makes it look like lots of people are watching and I have to do this π Use this trick and trust me youβll start reading more
Hereβs an example
