1. “What others think” is a habit
For thousands of years, our ancestors had the responsibility to hunt successfully to stay in the tribe.
Social approval has been embedded in our brains for a very long time.
We don’t talk about this topic enough in our everyday conversations
When was the last time your friend told you that you should stop worrying what others think?
Signs that you worry what others think:-
You’re afraid to share your belief
Doing things you don’t really want to.
Find it hard to make decisions.
Doing stuff thinking how it’ll look from someone else’ perspective
Here are 5 points to help you from stop worrying
1. Focus on what matters
Things that matter in life:
Family matters ❤️
Living in a healthy environment (Take care of your mental health)
Laughing, Dancing, Singing, 💃🕺🏻
Working on something you love
2. Remember, most people aren’t paying much attention
In other words, AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME TO THINK ABOUT YOU.
They got bills to worry about.

3. "So What" Mantra
Next time you question or doubt yourself of what others will think about you, just reply with "So what" and then go ahead and do it.

Start that YT channel, create that reel, write that thread, work on that side hustle
Think about what kind of stories would you like to tell your grandkids (Being 83 years old, on a beach with grandkids around you)
Here’s one final tip:-
Only worry what your dog thinks about you 🐾
You open a new level of energy when you stop worrying about what others think 🚀
