Essay of the week - On nephew duty
I wanted to write something this week and the last two weeks but I’ve been spending lots of my time with my just-born nephew. Staying in my hometown, playing cricket every day for a couple of hours and spending time with the baby is both fulfilling and distracting.
I didn’t publish a newsletter for the past two weeks because I was unable to write the essay part in the newsletter.
Today I realised I should just write a small essay and publish the 10 interesting things I found on the internet.
That’s the least I could do. It didn’t even take me 20mins to do that. But coming up with an idea of what to write for the essay and writing it sometimes takes more than a day or two.
I apologise for being inconsistent. I’ll be back in BLR next week or the first week of May. All my major commitments are over and all my priorities will be towards my work and writing.
Thanks for being patient and understanding with me.
In this together.
P.S: One of the questions I’ve been thinking a lot about is what will the future of education look like. Will my nephew go to college? Will college even exist? If not, what else? How big of a part will AI play in all this?
I will write more about this as soon as I find the answer or whenever I’m in pursuit of it.
